It doesn’t take much to realize that the sun, our central star, is a source of endless energy. Silicon, silver, copper, aluminum and a group of other non-common minerals are used to make solar panels to convert the sun’s energy for our benefit.
The number of people without access to electricity has been steadily decreasing over the years and has recently moved below 1 billion. Without access to electricity, many households use candles or kerosene fuel for lighting. The use of these attributes to health issues, impacts the ability for children to complete studies and homework, and limits the economic opportunities for families to perform subsistent activities from their homes.
